Thanks for this recipe! I've never made egg drop soup. The way you described the preparation sounds delicious. I also loved the backstory on how your dad's travels inspired your cooking. You have me wondering now if I'm using chopsticks properly, though! haha, hope I am! Looking forward to following more of your writing!
